Scottish Building Society (SBS) has been celebrating after scooping Building Society of the Year award at the annual Mortgage Introducer Scottish Mortgage Awards last night.
The awards dinner took place at Prestonfield House in Edinburgh, where the brightest and best of the Scottish property finance market were recognised, bringing together some of the most senior operators in the industry.
Scottish Building Society, has been praised on their people, products and services on offer, which demonstrate excellence and originality within the Scottish Intermediary mortgage market.
Paul Denton, SBS Chief Executive, said: “It is an honour for SBS to have won the Building Society of the Year award, alongside four strong nominees.
“This is our first award of 2020, the team consistently work really hard so this is a great recognition of those efforts.

Denton brings a wealth of experience, having worked with RBS and the Co-op before joining SBS – the world’s oldest building society.
