If you suspect someone knows your login details and/or your memorable information, you should reset your account login details immediately by going to the SBS Online login page and clicking the ‘Forgot Password?’ link. You can then create a new password and memorable information, and we will send you a new Activation Key. Your access will be suspended until you reactivate using your Key, password and memorable information.
Scottish Building Society will never ask you for your password or memorable information. If you receive a phone call or email from someone who says that they are from the Society asking you for this information, please let us know as soon as possible at email@example.com
If you notice unusual activity on your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately.
