During normal opening hours, if you need to get in touch with us, you can call us on 0333 207 4007. Our lines are open 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (10.00am to 5.00pm Wednesday).
Our Relationship Centres will close for the Bank Holiday on Monday 6 May. Our phone lines and Head Office will also be closed.
Please note that withdrawals from your account made after 3pm on Friday 3 May will arrive in your designated bank account on Tuesday 7 May.
