Scottish Building Society Foundation
The Scottish Building Society Foundation launched in 2023 with £175,000 to support charities making a real difference in communities across Scotland. So far, 43 charities have received grants of up to £5,000, with over £151,000 already awarded to local impact.
Our funding has helped to deliver:
• Community spaces, transport, housing, and support for older people
• Local events that bring people together
• Youth programmes, education, and training opportunities
From city centres to rural villages, the Foundation is helping grassroots groups turn great ideas into real change and the ripple effects are already being felt across the country.
Our purpose is to help people to help others, explore how our Foundation is supporting communities across Scotland.
