This questionnaire must be completed and attested by a company official who holds relevant anti-money laundering responsibilities, like a Money Laundering Reporting Officer, nominated officer, or similar role if neither are appointed. We might ask you to provide evidence to support your responses, as well as evidence of your policies and procedures and any supporting documentation.
Please make sure you answer every question. We might ask you to re-confirm or update the information provided on an annual basis. When answering the questions, please think about any Client Accounts you already hold, along with any you might open in the next year.
Once you’ve completed the questionnaire, select ‘Submit’ to send it to us.
This should take no longer than 15 mins to complete and you should have your Practice Wide Risk Assessment to hand to aid completion.
