At Scottish Building Society our members are at the heart of everything we do. We aim to provide a range of fair, simple and straightforward products which provide long term value to our members.
We have a range of ways for our members to get involved in helping shape the way we do business.
Our objective is provide excellent customer service and communications which are timely, appropriate and easy to understand. Our Customer Feedback Survey is designed to help us understand where we are meeting these objectives and where we may need to improve.

Our Member Forums are a chance for our members to meet and quiz the senior management team. Usually held in properties managed by National Trust for Scotland, the forums are a key aspect of our member communications.
Events take place peridocally across the country.
Our member panel is made up of a cross section of the membership who recieve a maximum of four short online surveys each year and play an invaluable part in shaping how the Society develops. Their responses allow us to gain timely feedback on a variety of business initiatives and ensure that we are offering products appropriate to our members' needs.
