What is the Young ScotSaver Account?

If you have children, you will always want to give them the best start in life - offering them support when they take their first steps in any venture. Putting money aside for them is one way of doing that.

The Young ScotSaver account has been created for anyone who wants to put money away for a child until they reach the age of 18 - to help them take their first steps in the adult world with sound financial backing.

You can open a Young ScotSaver account if you are a parent or guardian, grandparent or other relative - or indeed anyone who wants to save money on behalf of a child.

Or if you are yourself under 18 and want to get a good return on your money, you too can open a Young ScotSaver account.

Start with as little as £100 up to £25,000.
