Details of Charges for Special Services

General

  • Returned Cheque or Unpaid Debit: £25.00
  • Payment by Bank Transfer: £25.00
  • Provision of a duplicate statement or details of previous transaction history: £25.00

Investment Accounts

  • Special Clearance of a Cheque: £15.00
  • Banking of Foreign Cheque: £10.00 (Plus any charges levied by the Society's bankers)
  • Providing a copy of a paid Cheque: £10.00
  • Holding a passbook at a branch: £10.00 (per annum)
  • Stopping a Cheque: £15.00
  • Providing a replacement passbook: £10.00
  • Provision of a duplex tax certificate: £10.00

Mortgage Accounts

  • Replying to a Mortgage Questionnaire or Reference request: £50.00
  • Redemption Administration Fee: £50.00
  • Deeds Release Fee: £50.00
  • Change to Repayment Method: £75.00
  • Registration & acknowledgement of Second Charge: £35.00
  • Additional Loan Fee: £75.00
  • Letting Fee: £75.00
  • Product Switch Fee: £50.00
  • Redemption Statement Fee: £25.00
  • Release of Security Fee: £70.00
  • Transfer of Equity: £100.00
  • Change in Term of Account: £25.00
