Jillian ran the London Marathon to raise money for Yorkhill Hospital's Schiehallion Unit. She raised over £800, which the Society happily added to, taking the total past the £1,000 mark.

The Society celebrated Peterkins' Huntly office staff achievement in the recent Relay for Life Charity event, by adding another £500 to the funds, bringing the total raised for Cancer Research UK, to over £3,000.

To celebrate the refurbishment of its Troon branch, Scottish Building Society donated funds to Cancer Research UK. The Society's Area Manager, Derek Christie, raised £161 by participating in an Everest Ski Challenge, which the Society topped up to £500.
