Annual General Meeting 2012

The Society's 2012 Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 31 May at 5.30pm in Eden Court Theatre, Bishop's Road, Inverness IV3 5SA.

The Society will make a donation of £2 to the Archies Foundation (supporting their appeal for the children's ward at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness) for every member attending the AGM in person.

Members eligible to vote have been sent an AGM pack including the Notice of Meeting and Proxy Voting Form and the Annual Review & Summary Financial Statement. For every proxy vote received the Society will donate 50p to Children 1st (subject to a maximum donation of £2,000).

Amendment to the Society's Rules 2012

The agenda for this year's AGM includes a resolution to amend the Rules of the Society. The proposed changes are outlined on pages 20-22 of the Annual Review booklet.
