Annual General Meeting
The Society held its 2011 AGM on Wednesday 25th May in Surgeons' Hall, Edinburgh followed by a reception for members and guests.

3094 members voted in person or by proxy - which represents 15.9% of the total eligible voting membership. The voting figures can be downloaded by clicking here.
Dontations
A donation of £500.00 was made to Edinburgh's Royal Hospital for Sick Children in respect of members attending and voting in person at the 2011 AGM.
A donation of £1,600.00 was made to Alzheimer Scotland in respect of proxy votes received.
