Annual General Meeting 2010
The Society held its 2010 AGM on Thursday 20 May in Trinity Hall, Aberdeen followed by a reception for members and guests.

2197 members voted in person or by proxy - which represents 12.2% of the total eligible voting membership. The voting figures can be downloaded by clicking here
A donation of £500.00 was made to the Dr William Guild's Trust (a registered charity associated with Trinity Hall) in respect of members attending and voting in person at the 2010 AGM.
A donation of £1,200.00 was made to Variety Club of Scotland in respect of proxy votes received.
