Annual General Meeting 2009
The Society held its 2009 AGM on Thursday 21 May in the Exhibition Hall of the Royal Concert Hall, Glasgow followed by a reception for members and guests.

2109 members voted in person or by proxy - which represents 12.1% of the total eligible voting membership. The voting figures are shown in the link below.
A donation of £500.00 was made to the Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice, Glasgow in respect of members attending and voting in person at the 2009 AGM.
A donation of £1,100.00 was made to Variety Club of Scotland in respect of proxy votes received.
